...it's hard to argue that his much-ballyhooed speech against the war in 2002 is not a sensible one, both in terms of his read of the past and his guess on what would happen in the future.
I'd heard so much talk about it from both sides and then realized that I'd never actually read the damned thing, so I found a text of it.
