I thought I read somewhere that Slowhand stopped playing Cocaine for a while after he sobered up. I'm not so sure about that...I've been meaning to pick up his autobiography that came out this summer. Perhaps I'll grab it on audiobook from the library or something.
Anyway, this cut is from his 1988 tour and he has fellow deity Mark Knopfler at his side.
This is towards the end of the show so you have to sit thru some band intros first.
