One of the most memorable recurring situations in Welcome Back, Kotter, was Arnold Horshack, when he knew the answer to a question, sitting in the back of the room, waving his arms wildly yelling, "Oooh Oooh Oooh Oooh!"With the news coming out of Pakistan today, we're seeing the current Presidential candidates in the US each performing an homage to Ron Palillo.
Each is trying to show off just how much they know about that region of the world and are about as informative as the original.
