Quickie Post

Boy, is Dodd taking a spanking on MTP this morning.

He's stuck in the same position a lot of folks are....trying to back out out of the parking spot they got themselves into in the 2002 Iraq vote.

Now that I think of it, they do remind me of a 15 year old trying to get into or out of a parallel parking spot...

here is the typical mistake that young drivers make regarding parallel parking. You need to turn the wheel all the way to the left, then slowly inch it right as you pull out.

Too often the mistake that I see made is that they really fail to turn the wheel all the way over at the beginning of the maneuver. They try to pretend that it really isnt a turn, straddle back and forth between right and left, and end up doing nothing.

In fact I saw a kid driving backwards down the road trying to get into a parallel spot.

So to borrow your analogy, the solution to this is pretty obvious.
