I would like willie so much more if he could cut a decent solo.
Do you stipulate a mainstream, commercially-successful hit, or are you saying that he does not have a demonstrated ability to carry an enjoyable tune on his own (that might not be played by Casey Kasem)?
No I like his songs, I just cringe when it comes to the solo bridge in the middle. The man just cannot play a decent, solo. Or at least one that I enjoy.
I do enjoy Willie's music.
