One silly thing about iTunes (unless it turns out I'm just a dolt who can't figure out how to do it!) is that I can't seem to hyperlink you over to this listing. You need to go into iTunes yourself and find it.That said, I happened across the Cook's Illustrated weekly video podcast this morning and it's very neat. CI has been my favorite cooking mag for, jeez, almost 10 years. I anxiously await each arrival of both it and its sister publication, Cook's Country, which has more of a home-cooking bent.
