While it's hard to figure out just how far into the true category this is when it's only being picked up by small media outlets at this point, the PRC has apparently told nightclub owners in Beijing that they are not to serve Black or Mongolian patrons.This is easily the most politically-charged Olympics in my post-infant life so, while I don't think the story is impossible, it's also a fact that there are a whole lot of people out there who would have sufficient motivation and means to push stories that are both damaging and plausible, but also false.
