General Tommy Franks has been elected to the board of directors at Chuck E. Cheese.

Truth be told , I have nothing but respect for people like him who have served the country honorably.

I just found the juxtaposition of his job now, with his role then, to be amusing.

Got a fundraising note from the Nader campaign this morning.

They are starting to crank up the heat in AZ...guess it works out well when the Senator is on his overseas trip.

Anyway, he's proposing something that probably does strike a chord in most of us...and especially those of you who might have family members serving in Iraq or Afghanistan.

"Draft from the Top" is something Nader/Gonzales like, and I think might make a lick of sense, too.

The terms we've been throwing around in relation to Bear Stearns lately, moral hazard, comes to mind.
