In Praise of Sir Elton John

I've been digging back into Elton John's music a little bit, lately. During most of my lifetime, I thought of him as mostly a pop guy, which he no doubt is.

But in this cut, going back to Tokyo, 1971, the dude did have some soul in him.

I really enjoy Country Comfort, and hope you do, too.
