There's a controversy brewing in the little sister city of St. Paul, Minnesota.St. Thomas University recently revoked a speaking invite to Nobel Peace Prize winner, Desmond Tutu over some statements he's made about Israel.
Some people got a little bit twitchy when (as they see it) he drew parallels between modern Israel and the Nazis.
Imagine that.
Did you see that St. Thomas changed their minds? There were protests by my 'new' buddies, and the school realized it had made a big mistake.
ReplyDeleteAh St. Thomas, you let Coulter speak but not Tutu?
Tutu should have known better than to use the 'P' word, Palestine.
